FAQ

How long will my order take to dispatch?

We are full time Rubber Stamp Manufacturers, and pride ourselves on our quick turnaround times. Most orders, including customised items, are dispatched within 1-2 business days from time of order.

Delays may occur if a product is out of stock, in which case we would advise you of an estimate delivery lead time.

How much does shipping cost and what shipping method do you use?

Shipping starts at $11.00 for standard Australia Post and Aramex Couriers. Express Post and Go Logistics courier cost $15.00. We also have the option of picking up free of charge from our store at 22 Rookwood Road, Yagoona NSW 2199.

What type of stamps do you use?

We mainly use the Trodat brand of Printy and Imprint machines which are imported from Austria. We have been using Trodat stamps for 30 years, and we prefer these over other brands and types as they are made to the highest quality and are long lasting, strong machines.

Fun Fact…..Trodat was founded by Franz Just in 1912. They started production of the plastic date stamp in 1947 under the brand of Trodat and they invented the very first plastic self-inking machine in 1976. This revolutionised the rubber stamp industry.

Occasionally we may use other brands, but you can have peace of mind knowing that we only use the highest quality stamps.

All our stamps are self-inking but if you wish to purchase a hand stamp just contact us and we will provide you with a custom quote.

What sized teacher stamps do you have?

In our rectangular teacher stamp range we have sizes 1 to 5 inclusive.

Size 1. 36 x 12mm Size 2. 45 x 16mm Size 3. 56 x 20mm Size 4. 68 x 28mm Size 5. 73 x 36mm

We also have two sizes of circular stamp – 17 and 28mm

Our date stamps come in square and round sizes.

Square – 30mm wide with a 3mm date stamp Round – 28mm diameter with a 3mm date

Other date stamps contain one line of text above the date. This measures 25mm wide with a 3mm date underneath, perfect for a name and date stamp.

What do I do if I run out of ink?

All of our stamps can be re-inked (where we remove the pad from the machine and take an ink bottle and put a few drops of ink on the pad ) or you can purchase a new pad to replace the pad in the machine.

You can select pads and ink at the bottom of every product page . To purchase a pad only, simply go to the store menu on the bottom right hand side of our web page and select “pads and inks”.

We supply replacement instructions and are more than happy to talk you through the process step by step to either re-ink or change the pad.

Do you take bulk orders?

Of course we do! Bulk orders are a regular part of our business. Just contact us and we will work out the best price for you.

Is there a minimum spend?

No you can order as little or as much as you like. Each and every order is important to us and providing a high quality product efficiently is our aim.

Do you have any special offers or deals?

Yes we do! It can be a discount, offer of a free product or free shipping. Keep an eye on our Instagram account for offers and discount codes – @pg_stamps

How long does the ink last?

The manufacturer states that you will get between 5000 and 7000 impressions before the need to either change the pad or re-ink. That depends on where the stamp is kept and under what conditions. All we know from customer feedback is that the ink and machine lasts a long time! We can provide you with more ink or pads when you need it.

How long have you been in the business?

50 YEARS!!!

Price Graphics was started in 1971 by Bruce Price. He and his staff serviced Linotype Printing Machines and supplied materials to the Rubber Stamp Industry.

The introduction of desk top publishing saw a decline in the Linotype servicing industry which meant that in 1987 Bruce and his wife Karen had to diversify from maintaining these machines to making rubber stamps themselves.

Bruce and Karen retired in 1997 and the business was kept in the family and sold to their son and daughter-in-law – Michael and Sharon Price….that’s us!!

We have continued Rubber Stamp Manufacturing since and added vinyl signs and badges to the mix. We love trying new things, we never sit on our laurels and we are planning more exciting things in the very near future!

Do you make any other type of stamp?

Yes! Absolutely! This is what we do. We make all types of stamps including business, council, office, personal, teacher stamps, common seals, Justice of the peace, security stamps, date and numberers.

We have self inking, pre-inked, traditional hand stamps plus large timber mounts with large pads to accommodate them.

Our sister website www.pgstamps.com has further information on these stamps.

What if I can’t find exactly what I need?

That’s no problem at all. We make stamps from scratch every day so just email us your information and the images (if any) that you would like and we will design a stamp to suit your marking preferences. We will send you a proof for your approval.

What happens if there is a mistake?

Contact us immediately if we have made a mistake and we will replace the rubber dye or machine.

Why are your stamps different to other teacher stamps?

We designed our first teacher stamp 20 years ago (pictured below) and we decided to stick to that type of design for the bulk of our stamps as it is different to most of the stamps that are available today and the last thing we wanted to do was copy any of the amazing stamps other people are offering.
